Life Interpretation
Amito.Buddhism
It all started in the north of India, Himachal Pradesh, Dharamshala. Sitting just at the beginning of the Himalayan mountains. I was having very chill weeks there. Sitting in restaurants and cafes. Reading, writing, laughing, crying all by myself sitting on the floor and eating with my hands. Dharamshala is a very holy place for the Tibetan Buddhists. The Dalai Lama the supreme leader of the Tibetan Buddhists lives there and I was very lucky to have a chance to see him. I woke up that day, went to the temple saw him with all the ceremonies and later that day started a 10 day Tibetan Buddhism retreat. No phones/ technology, no talking (almost) ~3 of meditation every day, 5 hours of Buddhist teachings every day. In those 10 days I felt the clearness of my mind very vibrantly, I was having very deep realizations and Insights about myself and the world. Since then I've been pretty committed to daily meditations and started using the buddhist tools taught from the Dharma very efficiently and they were very efficient in finding calmness, focus, happiness, and clarity in my daily life.
Balanced Ambition
I want to use my skills and strengths to do big stuff. To express myself and to help others. It's easy for me to start working about something, and quickly feel stressed and stiff. I call it toxic hyperfocus. Seems like it's something like adrenaline. I taught myself that this is the way to be focused and be productive, assuming it's fine to feel that horrible stress in my body. Then I understood that it's a spectrum: Unfocused Flow Toxic Hyperfocus I easily get into toxic hyperfocus, I can even feel it right now when I'm writing this. The main two things I remind myself are: Be Royal - I deserve the best, I want to service myself the best I can. stressing myself out is neither pleasurable or useful. See Badolina for more Observe - see your body and brain experiencing this. In other words your mind observing your experience. In other words meditation. See Amito.Buddhism for more
Meaning
For me it's all about being happy and doing good. Then, comes the challenge of wanting to do good for others but getting burnt out and unhappy from that. See Balanced Ambition for more.
